Fear is kind of feeling which we get when we are confronted with a threat. Fear is always in the future or past, anticipating or remembering unpleasant. Besides indicating a threat or loss, fear can be a signal of an unmet need. The nature of that need, too, must be recognized before you can respond appropriately. Fear is a natural part of our life. We usually experience fear when we are frustrated, when our self-esteem is threatened, or when we feel pressure to perform beyond our perceived capability. On the other hand, if you can distract yourself from those fearful thoughts – even for a few minutes – you will notice that you automatically start focusing in a more positive direction.
