Masala fried rice

      Items needed :

             Pasumathi rice - 500 gram

             Big onion - 100 gram

             Capsicum - 1

             Carrot - 1

             Beans - 10

             Garlic - 8 pieces

             Ginger - 1 piece

             Garam masala - 2 spoons

             Chili powder - 2 spoons

             Coriander powder - 1 spoon

             Cinamon - 1 piece

             Glove - 2

             Saunt - 2 spoon

             Curry leaves - 5 pieces

             Ghee - 3 spoons

             Oil - 6 spoons

                 Steps :

                    Soak the Rice for 1 hour. Filter the water from the rice which has been soaking. Cut the onion, capsicum into vertical pieces. Cut the carrot and beans into pieces. Grind the Ginger, Cinamon, Glove, Saunt. Take a big vessel, pour oil into it and heat it. Add  the Beans, Carrot, Capsicum which has been cut. Add the grinded ginger and other things. Now add the garam masala and coriander masala and Chili masala to it and add curry leaves to it and put these into cooker. Now add Rice to it. After 2 whistles take it. Masala fried rice is ready.
