Actually blood pressure increase with the age. In women after menopause they face high blood pressure problems. High blood pressure can occur in men at any age and it will increase with their age. The people who are suffering from diabetes and kidney problems their blood pressure must be 130/80 and blood pressure people should have 140/90. These should not increase. If they increase then t is known as high blood pressure. In some people systolic and diastolic, diastolic may increase. In some people only one among them can increase. If any of these increase, that means it is high blood pressure. When the blood pressure increases, then we should need to try to control it by reducing salt consumption, practicing exercises, relaxing from stress. If the blood pressure is not controlled then you have taken the medicines.
Due to high blood pressure, blood flows with lots of pressure in blood chambers get damage. So at such damages, the cholesterol gets accumulated. When blood circulation is done with more pressure whole burden will be on heart. Due to more functioning of the heart the muscles of the heart gets thicken. This is known as left ventricular hypertrophy. Due to this, the heart muscles become hard and it could pump the blood properly. This is known as diastolic dysfunction. There is a chance of high blood pressure and more cholesterol in diabetic patients. These leads to form fat accumulation in the chambers of the heart. In the diabetic patients the fat accumulation will become thick and spread very easily. Therefore, blood circulation becomes thinner. Due to this blood circulation will be problematic. So to avoid this, and have better blood circulation, we can have bypass surgery. But there is no guarantee that there will be success in at all times. There is a chance of re-accumulation of fat. Huge cholesterol
HDL, LDL, triglyceride, VLDL form of fats in our blood is present. Among these cholesterols, HDL is good cholesterol. If the bad cholesterol increases in our body then it is very harmful to us. If good cholesterol decreases and bad cholesterol increases then it is very dangerous to our heart.
Most of the people are suffering from heart attacks and it is due to the changes in their life style. Compared to the other countries, Indians are facing more heart problems. Most heart problems are caused through genes. Because in Indians good cholesterol will be less and bad cholesterol LDL, triglyceride are more. All these lead to danger to the heart.
The total cholesterol should be 200 for anyone. LDL should be less than 130. HDL must be more than 40. Triglyceride must be less than 150. If these quantities increases then it is good to follow few healthy food habits and practice exercise. So due to this 10-20% of cholesterol will reduce.
The 1/3 of cholesterol is obtained from food and remaining cholesterol is prepared in our body itself. Some people will be thin and even practice exercises. Then also cholesterol will be more in them. The reason may be anything but having more cholesterol in the body is very dangerous. Though there is more cholesterol but there will be no significant. So by doing blood test only we can know the cholesterol balance.
LDL cholesterol is less than 70 in a person who is having heart problems. It is good for them. Diabetics should have less than 100.
It is necessary to reduce LDL cholesterol and should increase. For this we should make changes in our life style. Daily practicing exercises, having food items which are less fat content, having little badam, pista, walnut, dry fruits, having fish is good for the health. The food items which help in reducing bad cholesterol will improve HDL. To improve HDL, if necessary we need to have fewer medicines. Good cholesterol (HDL) removes the accumulated bad cholesterol in blood chambers and takes to the liver. Remaining cholesterol accumulates in the blood chambers. These accumulate in the heart which leads to heart attack.
Stress
Stress becomes a part of our life. In present world there is no chance of living without any stress so we should try to avoid stress. There will be few variations in the hormone when we are stressed. Especially catecholamine’s and cortisol hormone released more. Due to this blood pressure and heart beat increases. Then our blood also becomes thick. If anyone has accumulation get cracks and blood get clotted over it. Then the functioning of blood circulation stops and finally this leads to heart attack. In the people who are suffering from stress from long time these hormone production will be more. These are heart problem occurs with the stress. Moreover, when we are more stressed then we won’t practice exercise properly, the people who have smoking and alcohol habits they will completely addict to them. The people who are more stressed their food habits will be not regular. At this time, some people eat more and some people eat very less. Finally food habits get affected. This leads to Blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol. All these increases heart problems. So we should notice that stress will affect our heart directly and indirectly.
