Few days back I have written article about tips to have early sleep. And for having early sleep it is important that we get early in the morning so by default we get early sleep for that day. So now here we will talk about getting up early in the morning.
Early morning is the timing when people used to be very fresh in compare of other timing of the same day. So it is the best timing for doing any kind of work. As person can do their work with extra efficiency in this time because of fresh mind. That’s why people often used to do their exercising stuff in the early morning and it is important. But this is a normal thing with many people that they don’t able to wake up early in the morning even they want to wake up because of their laziness. Sometime people don’t have any important work to do in the morning but still want to wake up early. But without having any important work it is very hard to wake up early. That’s what I can say from my personal experience. Same thing goes for me too. I want to wake up early but since few years I have got the bad habit of getting up late in the morning. Because of same I have asked about few tricks to my friends so that I can get rid of that early morning laziness and can get up early as much as possible. I get different interesting tips for avoiding early morning laziness. Let’s see what they are.
Alarm tricks: Personally I used to keep alarm for getting up early. But to be honest most of the time I used to switch off the alarm and go for sleep again. Well, we can follow few tricks to avoid this thing. First one is if it is possible put two or three alarm with the gap. Put the last alarm when you want to get up. By this way it may possible that you get up on your decided time because of more alarms. You can use your mobile phone for putting multiple alarms.
As I said many people used to switch off the alarm and go to bed again. It is because of laziness and that’s why sometime you don’t even realize that when you switch it off. For this thing you can put your alarm little far away from your bed. So to switch it off you have to get up and cover up that distance to switch off the alarm. Like this it may possible that you don’t go to bed again.
Splash water: After waking up early in the morning if you feel laziness and going to bed again, splash cold water on your face. By this way you can easily avoid laziness. Clean your face with cold water and you will feel fresh for sure.
Have some drink: If it is possible go for coffee or tea after waking up. I have heard that after having drink like coffee or tea people don’t use to go bed again. So if some of your family member can make coffee or tea for you in early morning then you can take help of them in your early days. And later on you can make them by yourself. So have something to drink.
Complete your sleep at afternoon: Well, not all people can go for sleep in the afternoon because of work but you can tryout this thing on weekends. Many time people don’t have enough sleep. So because of that it may possible that they feel very lazy to get up early in the morning. Yes it is possible that we feel lazy if we don’t have enough sleep. So to avoid this people can go for sleep in the afternoon and complete their sleep. In many cases people can avoid morning laziness by completing their sleep in afternoon.
Keep window open: I don’t know about cold weather and area, but if you having window in your room then this is the best way to get up early in the morning. Honestly I am trying this thing out since two week and it is working fine for me. Keep the window open and in the morning because of light you can get up early for sure. I am following this thing and every morning I used to get up early because of light. So even someone is feeling too lazy they have to stand up to close the window and during that time it may possible that we don’t go for sleep again. So try it out it may work for you too.
Set up TV schedule: Lol… This is the funniest thing I have ever heard. But I think it can work out for some people. I don’t know as I have never tried it out. Check out the news paper and online schedule of your favorite TV program but in morning session. Put alarm on TV on the same time or on your mobile or something and on your TV. You may get early for watching out your favorite stuffs. He he. This may sound funny but you never know which one can help you out.
So this is it. All of above tips can help you out at some level. But in the end you have to be strong to adopt this habit. And let me tell you adopting habit of getting up early in the morning is not easy thing, you can’t get such habit instantly or in one day. All above method will help you to get up early. And slowly by time you will get the habit for getting up early and at that time you will not even need any kind of trick. So you have to help yourself to adopt your habit. In starting time you will feel inconsistency, I mean on some day you will wake up early and some day you will not. But if you will keep trying with all your effort I am sure you can get the habit of getting up early. It is all depends on you. Have fun.
