It is good to take morning walk in the morning as it gives us fit for the whole day and also well for our health and heart. Daily 30 minutes walking is enough to get rid of many Heart problems.
Here are some tips which are good for all as it helps to keep us healthy, fit and active for whole day.
When you are at Home
Always take a small walk of 10 minute before the breakfast in the morning and after the dinner.
Try to do daily household works yourself as these small works will make you healthy and keep you in shape also.
Do not use vehicles for very small distance.
When you start walking in the starting keep your speed low and than raise it slowly otherwise you feel tiredness very early. It is good if you choose a sloping way for walking.
If you are talking on mobile phone than do not sit instead of that just roam in the room or office while talking.
When you are in office
When you are walking in the office just discuss about your projects at that time.
Instead of talking on phone with your colleagues just go to their seats this will give you a small walk also.
Do not use lift if it is possible, always use staircase.
Whenever you got time just take a small walk in your office after the lunch.
How to warm up
Always wear loose and relax able clothes during jogging. Wear cotton clothes as these can absorb lot of sweat. Wear canvass shoes for walking as theses can also absorb the sweat from your feet.
Warm up is very necessary before start doing any exercise or walking so give at least 5 minutes for it. After that take a little rest than do some light stretching so that your muscles and body will prepare for the jogging. Now you can start your jogging keep the speed slow in the beginning after that increase it after the walking of 10 minutes.
Do not use your all power in the beginning so that you may not able to complete your exercise and also feel tired for whole day.
Always put your ankles first on the ground than keep stress on them and your toes.
Cool down
In the last five minutes of your walking keep your speed slow and complete your jogging with some light stretch exercise this will bring the working of your heart in normal condition.
Increase the duration of your brisk walk on weekly basis for 5 minutes more.
Do not try to compete with others. If you are not able to go for jogging for some days than it does not matter but do not try it to compensate with the long jogging hours in future.
If, your age is more than 40 years and you never done exercise before than, it is good that you first consult the doctor.
Exercise will keep you healthy so go for it and live a health life. It control many diseases and also reduces the risk of heart attack. It also keeps check on diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity and give you fit and slim.
