Work out and dehydration during summer
This is not wise to workout without drinking enough water during sizzling hot weather therefore drink water during workout, before workout and after workout to avoid dehydration. This is good to drink enough water whenever you are thirsty to avoid paucity of body fluids otherwise the loss of weight that is general result during workout may give you cramps and tiredness. The best way to keep yourself hydrated during your work out and avoid problems is to go for 2-3 glasses of water two hours and another glass to supplement about half an before your work out sessions. In addition, once you are done with your exercises drink as much as you can during cool down session.
You cannot achieve as much as during winter season
That is not possible you simply cannot workout constantly as much you can in winter season. I have tried it but always found myself tired after I could reach to sixty to seventy percent of what I can do in winters. The same result in summers is not practical because hot weather affects your lungs and hart in shape of excessive stresses, which result in higher temperature of your body. In normal conditions of weather, this is easy for your skin, blood vessels and other vital organs to adjust to conditions but extra efforts in summers to achieve the same target by doing extra work may cause a failure of normal cooling system of your body to make big harm.
You should know the limit of your body
As much, you know about your other body needs like hunger, limit of your working capacity and the way you can work mentally the same way you should be able to judge that where you need to stop while it comes to working your body out. Overdoing with work out is more dangerous than you are wildest of imaginations. If you feel your respiratory system is feeling exhausted, you are feeling weak, you are breathing too heavily, headache, muscles cramped or dizziness these are sure signs of that you have overdone your workout and this is time to stop. Quit exercising - sit in front of a fan and drink enough water.
Be careful what you wear during exercise
The clothes you wear during exercise are important, probably as important as your exercise itself. There should be a different dress for summer time work out compared to what you wore in winters. Wearing tight fit dark colored is fine in winters but wearing the same in summers would ruin your health. The impact of tightly fit dresses in summer may cause a blockage of blood circulation, lesser fresh air to your body and increased body temperature. Therefore, a balanced dress that is neither tight nor too loose in lighter shades would be the right choice for you in summers.
You think drinking water is useless while swimming
If you thought so, you did not think right. You see while you are out of water and workout you perspire a lot that is a telltale sign of your getting dehydrated but while you are underwater you cannot see yourself perspiring therefore, you miss it. As swimming is one of the most tiring exercises with lots of water loss from your body even while you are inside water, this requires intake of water even more than you normally do. You see if the temperature of water is more than your body temperature than there are more chances of getting dehydrated are more and the only solution available to you is to drink enough water. Drinking as much water as you, drink during your normal course of exercise is the right way to keep your water properly hydrated.
You love to drink coffee-tea and cold drinks
I agree most of us love to drink coffee, tea and cold drinks but not just before an exercising session please. That may look like giving you an instant energy and freshness but that may prove a reason of dehydration during summers. The caffeine in coffee works as diuretic, which means the substance that increases the tendency of urination that causes loss of fluids from your body. Therefore, this is better to limit the use of coffee, tea and cold drinks with artificial ingredients, which are cause of harmful effects to your body especially during workout. Drinking enough cold water just before exercise is good for your whole body and system.
