Healthy Mix Grain Pizza
Ingredients:
For the Pizza dough:
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour ( Atta ).
1 1/2 tbsp bengal gram flour ( Besan ).
1 1/2 tbsp soya flour.
1/2 cup Mix grains of flaxseeds ( Alsi ) , Oats, Rye ( Ragi ) , Sunflower seeds.
1/2 tsp dry yeast.
1/2 tsp sugar.
1 cups water.
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil.
Salt to taste.
For the sauce:
2 Tomatoes Peeled.
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil.
1 cups tomato paste.
6 to 8 fresh mint leaves.
1 tbsp basil leaves.
1 tbsp mix herbs.
1 tbsp chilly flakes
Salt to taste.
Pepper to taste.
For Pizza Preparation :
Pizza dough
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese.
1 cup Mix colour capsicum sliced and sauted with olive oil.
1/2 cup sauce.
1/4 cup olives.
Olive oil to sprinkle.
Method:
For the dough, mix dry yeast with mild warm water and sugar and keep aside for about 10 to 15 minutes.
In a bowl, mix Whole Wheat flour, Bengal gram flour, Soya flour, salt and Mix grains flour.
Add the Yeast mixture and knead till it is smooth. Finish the dough with olive oil and keep aside for about 4 to 5 hours.
For the sauce, puree the tomatoes in the grinder. Now heat oil in a pan and cook the tomato puree till the first boil and keep on low flame for about 10 minutes.
Add tomato paste, basil leaves,mix herbs,mint leaves, chilly flakes, salt and pepper and keep aside.
For pizza preparation roll out the dough into 12'' round. Apply olive oil and spread the sauce.
Now spread the cheese and place the capsicum , olives on the top.
Bake it in a pre- heated oven for 10 minutes at 200 degree celcius.
Sprinkle some olive oil and garnish with basil leaves before serving.
Your pizza is ready.
Serve with the sauce.
Tips :
You can also add paneer to make it more delicious.
