SUMMARY
This is one of the main curries that my Mum cooks during any of Kerala's main festivals like Vishu and Onam. Its quite common during these festivals in Kerala. I especially LOVE this because it is sweet and salty at the same time! You will be licking your fingers! That I can guarantee!!

INGREDIENTS
1.Pineapple-1 medium size
2.Turmeric-as needed
3.Green Chilly-as needed
4.Salt-as needed
5.Turmeric powder-as needed
6.Cumin seeds-as needed
7.Mustard-as needed
8.Green Chilly-as needed
9.Coconut-half

METHOD

Chop the pineapple and add turmeric powder, green chilly and salt. Put them in a pressure cooker and boil till the first steam comes. Put the mixture in the grinder and grind to a paste. Next take grated coconut and cumin seeds and beat them in the grinder and then add them to the already prepared paste. Heat the concoction over a small flame till it boils. Now switch off the stove and put curd to make the paste into a curry. Keep stirring continously. Heat mustard in oil till it pops and add it to the curry for that extra flavour. BON APETIT!!
