So what is yoga?

How to practice yoga?

Breathing can also be taught separately. But in doing the postures, it is always about to breathe deeply. The breath is what connects the mind to the body.

Who is yoga?
Yoga is for everyone. From the smallest to the oldest and very sick and bedridden people can do certain practices? By cons, a good teacher will tailor the postures and breathing to the physical condition of his students. While you may think you can do yoga regardless of your current condition. What is certain is that eventually you'll feel better.

Now you know why people are interested in yoga. First, because there's something for everybody and that we all need to relax.
