I have personally seen many people especially children who hate the smell and taste of garlic. Then even do not want to smell it. When they find it in food they pick out the garlic and keep it aside. I belong to south India and I am more used to south Indian culinary styles. I have always liked this variety. I also taste the north Indian and also Chinese varieties.
