Why we have award for Top earn of the month like other awards.Will will get 25 or 50 Rs.This will incourage new members to give there best to the site and also give confidence to others member.

    Ok Atul sir.
    I mean the member you earn most money in the month will win the award.To earn this award members will be encouraged and they will try to give more best to the site and what Jobin sir said only money will make money means only will encourage to work more.
