Set as Favourite link in Article Page not working?

There is a link in article page named "Set as Favourite" used to save the articles as favourite. I clicked that to save some good articles and checked in My favourites. But it has not been saved. Does anyone know about this?

Is these type of problems browser dependents? It would be better if there is a tech. support for these type of issues
