i read somewhere in rules that articles submitted should be edited only on online text editor and not on MS Word . but when i submitted my article i got a editor comment/suggestion that i should check my article on MS Word before submission. So please guide me about this problem.
You cannot submit copied from MS Word but there is no problem if you submit from notepad and the suggestion could be to check it on MS Word before submitting your content.

I have many a times submitted my articles by copy paste from MS Word.
Arun there may be some error. Kindly check your articles again before submitting it. Use the tool bar of this site, if needed.

You can write articles in M.S. word and check spellings and contents. When the article is perfect, copy this to TEXT DOCUMENT. The text document (note pad) can be copied to boddunan editor. Then format in Boddunan. No problem.

Let me give Sunil a special thanks at this occasion......
70 articles I published here......I used notepad to type content as well.
Later I copy the contents to MS word and check word by word for errors......manually correct spelling mistakes, a tedious and time consuming process :silly:  . Sometimes, more than 1 hour needed to correct a lengthy article.
Some days before Sunil told me, we can type in MS_Word, just need to use word wrap option in MS_Notepad later.
It's helping me a lot to submit articles easily nowadays......
Thank You, thanks a lot :)

I don't even use word wrap option in Notepad. I first type in M.S. word and check spellings and grammar with spell check facility. Thereafter I copy the entire text to Notepad which is again copied as such to Boddunan editor. I use the full alignment (left and right both) in Boddunan editor, italics, bold, headings etc. This works well.

Let me give you another suggestion at this point, if you set your MS word alignment right at left and right, your article would appear far better while submitted on site's editor.
My special thanks to Gulshan Ji for this suggestion in general.
