This season's mango diplomacy began with Dr. Singh dispatching 20 kg of the best Alphonso to Mr. Gilani on May 25, over a month after meeting him in Bhutan to discuss ways and means to reduce the trust deficit between the two countries.

If this two countries can get together and work together towards the progress of both the countries they are going to outdo all practical problems.

The news item might as well read "Gilani gives Halwa to Manmohan Singh"(Hope all of you know the meaning of "Halwa". I am sure Tamilians would be knowing)And Thank god he received mangoes and not love letter from gilani
