Success is the fruit of hard work. We can learn lessons from our failures.

This is all time true. and I believe that there is no alternate of hard work.

Hard work is important. But it should be in the correct direction. Otherwise you won't get success.
Even 1000 mile walk can't make you reach the success point if it's done in the wrong direction(My quote) :cheer:

There are different measuring sticks for success.Some believe that having a lot of wealth or fame makes them successful.Some feel that one has to take a lot of risks to achieve success, while some others believe that we need to carefully plan our lives to become successful. It is difficult to define success successfully.Some feel that as long as one is able to achieve a certain amount of inner peace and prosperity , and also be in a position to have a trouble free life ,they have had a successful life. Each individual has a different way of looking at life and their definition for a successful life .We all have our own criteria of what we feel is success in life . As long as one is able to lead a comfortable life without any major upheavels one can call it a successful life...

But many often that 1% luck can change everything...

We can see many hard workers around us without success and many people achieving success though not having any talent!!!
Sometimes, time also give opportunities and take it back also. We can miss a train even by a second. That's teh case of our oppurtunities too....it may not be our mistake.....yet we may have to suffer its outcome
