spoken language comes first. Written follows. I can speak in Punjabi but can neither read nor write this. Similarly, with English. But as this is our second language, we first learn written and later spoken English. This is unnatural way to learn a language.
Spoken English consists of listening and speaking. How does a child learn language. He first listens. Then starts speaking. We should also see the video and telecasts in English to know how native speakers speak. We should also practise speaking in English with friends. Practice makes one perfect.
