Nitish Kumar and Sushil Kumar Modi were on Thursday unanimously elected leaders of JD(U) and BJP legislature parties in Bihar, a day after NDA notched up a landslide victory.
Mr. Kumar will be sworn-in as the chief minister with Mr. Modi as his deputy at the Gandhi Maidan at 2.30 p.m. on Friday. Governor Devanand Konwar would administer oath of office and secrecy.

This election has proved that only development of the State should be the real issue while electing the CM. Even Yadavas and all firm opposers of Nitish Kumar have supported him in this election. But a new problem might come if Nitish Kumar becomes egoistic for his success. This happens many times.

Nitish Kumar has given good administration during his last tenure. He has expressed his sentiments on winning elections very effectively. He stated that this is not his victory but only peoples' victory who have made him simply an instrument to fulfill their dreams. We need not doubt Nitish.
However, the character of politicians remains same as they all belong to same society. Nitish has to be extra vigilant. Still majority of the legislators have criminal record. see the link below:
