As of from the date of the incident at Chennai High Court the clash between the cop and Lawyer continues till date. 10 days ago, an advocate was attacked in public by a police officer attached to Alandurai police station within the court premises and on yesterday Advocate Mr Anandeswaran had been attacked by 5 police peoples at Thudiyalur police station.

The police and lawyers both have role in criminal law. The police prosecutes the criminal accused whereas the lawyers defend them.
