We should not pledge our health to get our name in some record books.
Attempting records in any field is fraught with danger. Be it eating, running, laughing or any thing. Being normal and doing best according to actual capacity is best. But some people attempt adventure. They get thrill at a risk.

Nowadays we young guns to make some records we spoil our health. Why make young girls never eat or eat less to maintain their body shape and many boys at their early age itself they go to gym to maintain their body shape and to be frank boys shouldn't go to gym before 16 or else they will have some problem in testicles.
