Basically what we need is meditation and any form of exercise that helps us keep fit, brisk walking or a few minutes of ones own exercise routine as helpful as Yoga..Yoga does not give you the cardio vascular benefits and its effects are much slower pertaining mainly to flexibility of the body . Walking and jogging are much better since they take care of all aspects ..

Allopathy is based on chemicals and it is the most effective and efficient method if cure and we should be thankful to all those scores of do tors and scientists world over for the enormous progress they have made in medical sciences. Having said that I have never cone across any western nation making fun of yoga because yoga was popular in UK and USA 20 years ago and continues to gain in popularity. But it had its limitations too so no point in going overboard!
