I can understand the grief of the victim's father. Laws are not inscribed on a stone. They can be changed and the culprits should be hanged in public,

I personally feel that castration and 30 years imprisonment is far more effective because it makes the fellows really suffer for what they did, also be a lesson o others who have similar ideas...

Not only the father but the entire nation wants death sentence in the case of gang rape and murder. The process of criminal proceedings has just begin with framing of charge sheet.

For such criminals, during Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj's regime, punishment was amputation of two or more limbs and then left on the streets, those who helped that criminal were also punished severely! It is the most appropriate treatment for the ones who commit such heinous crimes!

Basically many human beings are still uncivilised and understand only the language of whip....they respect only power and authority and capital punishment, so why do a few handful of so called enlightened brains make so much noise about being kind to criminals since we can see that such kindness will not help- Gulf countries have very successfully managed to reduce criminal activities in their countries because of severe punishment.

"enlightened brains ?" Are there any enlightened brains in this Karma Bhoomi? If they are really "enlightened" they will not hang around those out dated good for nothing pseudo moral codes.
Nothing short of a "Violent Death" is befitting for these animals.
