Why do most of the females wear high heel shoes?

Because they want to look taller and by adding that few inches to the shoes they get it...hahaha..

    Not only women,men also wear high heel shoes.

    Most of the women use heels to look more height and fashionable. But it is very harmful and creates lot of health problems
