I having best fluency in English in both speaking and writing :

speaking:
1. you should have English knowledge.
2. You should practice speaking with the people in English language as much as you can.
3.When ever you speak in English try to think in English and speak. Most of the people speak by translating their mother tongue into English.
4. whenever you speak in English , open your mouth widely and speak. This gives you good accent.
5.While speaking in English , be confident and don't fear that there may be any wrong in your English. Though you speak wrongly , but speak confidently

Writing:
1.Try to learn grammar.
2.then sentence formation.
3. observe whenever you read any information in English language.
4. see how people are writing in English.
5. the best tip for improving English writing skill is keep on thinking and writing.

However people may oppose the language but there is no option to English language, if you want to be successful and converse with maximum people than you need to know this language. And a small tip from my side would be to read English newspaper daily and do keep a small pocket dictionary and whenever you find new word check meaning of that word. Also learn how to pronounce it, online English dictionary is one site where you can learn word's meaning and the right pronunciation.

The best tip is keep on writing articles in boddunan , in a week your english at least 5% will improve.

I am trying to write articles here but i am failing to give best quality many of them are rejecting.

Try to speak fluent English.It doesn't matter,that you speak less.But,whatever you speak,speak fluent.

ronark if i had good knowledge what i am speaking i can speak fluently.This the only problem i am facing.
