Degree certificate can be acheived by any citizen of India through little efforts.It is not a criteria in film acting.

Degree by itself works nowhere. Degree may be eligibility criteria but overall personality, outlook, work culture and other traits necessary for a career ultimately count. This is notonly in films but everywhere. A degree holder may work as a petty clerk while another one may work as Secretary to Government.
