    This news is different. I have many a times heard that patients were killed due to irresponsible behaviour of doctors or due to worst treatment and aid given by the doctors to the patients.

    Here the doctor wants the bed to be free of patients. I think instead she should have quit.

    Your title is misleading. The link says that the Brazilian doctor killed patients to free up beds at an intensive care unit , not to stay away from work.

    This is so horrible and gruesome! I think at some point, she may really have wanted to free up beds for other patients but got addicted to the killings later!! :blink: :blink: It looks like, from the news link, she may have killed 300, that definitely points to a perverted and sadistic nature of this doctor!

    This is indeed shocking. This differs form negligence. This is also not mercy killing. Killing patients to make room for others is a very bizarre and cruel thought.

    This news is different. I have many a times heard that patients were killed due to irresponsible behaviour of doctors or due to worst treatment and aid given by the doctors to the patients.

    Such news always keep popping up. I don't know how that happens. But I guess that could be the outcome of irresponsible education or even paying bucks to get certified as a doctor. Anything is possible.
