These foods look great but some are not available in India! Actually if you want to lose weight, you have to eat a moderate amount of proper well balanced diet and complement it with regular exercise. Only then can you lose weight, only eating certain foods will not help any one lose weight!

Even potatoes also help us to reduce weight but they must be taken with out cooking with oil.

This is right, That Loosing weight is not only reducing our food.

It is possible because of healthy diet, good exercise and yoga.

Ya moderate amount of exercise is always required.
Excercise is compulsory to our bodies as we are having lot of rest in offices.
