Let all the menfolk of the world see Sandhya ranis 'Hubby battering'. No man dares to come out of his home after 6 pm.
I think that everyone- men as well as women- should take precautions against offences- robbery, rape, assault etc. 6 PM is no rule. Only an awareness about taking precautions is necessary. Not only timing but also other precautions are necessary. we may expect government to provide adequate security and improve police department but they also have limitation. One policeman to protect every citizen is not feasible. we are also required to be cautious.

This is the last thing one could say. Otherwise the main aim of the government should be like people should feel free to go outside at any time. I don't anything is going to improve if we impose such rules. :blink:
