    Hmm.. I have seen few people ,old people too, drinking cold water since long.. But they are quite good in health.. Personally I don't drink cold water, as I am having tonsil problem.

    I am also drink hot water after meal. It keeps our body free from fat and help to digest food easily

    yes, it's dangerous to drink cold water with meal. it is bad to health as well us more food will be stored as fat in our body, due to this bad habit. use normal or warm water only

    I drink only cold water and have seen absolutely no adverse effects so far it is the case with all my family members including my mother who is fit as a fiddle...I feel that it depends on the persons constitution and also how active one is ! It is not possible to generalise ...
