There is equality of opportunities. This does not ensure equality of performance. There is no discrimination against women players. Ultimately performance counts- men or women.

But women cricketers have given good performance. :)
Thing is they are not able to attract crwd like men cricketers are and ultimately don't able to generate revenues like men. :blink:

Everyone has talent there is no difference between women and men. When we look at the crowd the most of the people don't know there is cricket for womens. They are also talented but there is no opportunities for them.
