I don't think smart workers do things fast.. Not in all cases.

Results depend on (1) being steady (2) speed (3) mode of work. Best results are obtained if you work in best possible way consistently at a speed fast enough that suits you.

that's right consistency is required for getting good result in long term. :)

i believe on slow and steady wins the race, but, nowadays we need to be active and speed as there are many competitors are around us everywhere. :)
