I think it is every single person's responsibility to keep our public places clean. More awareness needs to be created regarding this.
Definitely its responsibility of all us. :) Sweeper employed in a particular area can't do it alone.It happens we make places dirty and curse cleaners for not doing their job properly. :angry:
Do you know what they do of plastic bags these days? They simply mix it with material in hot mix plant to make roads. That way roads are better and polythene is disposed easily.

And you have rubberized roads in Delhi, don't you know, this plastic bag technique has just taken place.

I knew that polythene sheets are used while making houses but never knew that now a days these are also used in making road to make them water proof as i never saw it while construction of roads.
