I know my daughter walked about 100 meter to put the candy wrapper in a dust bin while she was three years old,we were in a public place. without being asked to do so.

That shows how your are training your kids sunil good. I appreciate you and your daughter too. If every parents is like that then there will be no dust on that roads and all roads will be neat and clean

I hope they will make it compulsory education at school level to make children aware of this most neglected problem in our country.

I feel government should pass a rule that people who are seen throwing or spiting on road should be fined and punished

No one bothers about rules in some places. They must taught the other way, like educating children from the beginning.

As people are making public places dirty by throwing things. So In some places they kept a restriction that they should carry any food items inside like malls,parks etc

True! but the children learn from their parents. I see most parents lecturing their children about such issues but they themselves do not bother putting it in practice.

In this aspect, we Indians are insufferable! such places are extremely dirty and littered across India! :angry:
