This is especially about the places we visit for picnic etc and come back leaving garbage all over the place. I always see to it that I leave nothing behind. How about you?

yes, we need not too carry garbage box. Where we go there garbage box will be there.
Not in every places, suppose we are going to a beach 500 meter off the main area, there is no garbage box or on the bank of a canal, there is no garbage box. Even river banks have no garbage boxes. I have a long list of places which are used by tourist those have no garbage boxes.

Yes, you quote it right. In most of the places there are waste boxes. Better, we obey the rules
Okay if you are satisfied with the cleanliness in our country, then there is no problem. But places i our area do need a serious effort.

Yes Sunny....
Now rules are strict in most of the tourist places of Kerala. We can't even bring a plastic cover inside many of such places.....Actually, all the 5 corporations of Kerala are now free from plastic cover below.....microns??
Also, we don't get them for free....we have to pay 5 rs....for than 2 rupee cover now. So, nowadays people are bringing shopping kits from home. Rules are made very strict here

If India follow same kind of rules which US, UK and other foreign countries follow then our India will look clean. If Indian government fine for throwing dust on roads then people get some consciousness to keep country clean. At least for escaping fine they will stop spoiling public places.
Not only rules but we must make our children aware about cleanliness from the beginning.
Yes Sunny, I was also about to tell this, as your question seems so.
Most of the things we attain are through our habits. At primary school itself, ie.e at Pre-kg itself, we can teach our children such good habits
