    its called Crohn's disease & she doesn't do job or enjoy social life due 2 grave disease.

    Sasi's link is very usefull for the disease it think.. your friend is already in USA. i think there will be somany best treatments centers will be there. so, do consult to the doctors at USA to find a solution.
