Anna won. against whom did he win. He wanted to bring a Lok Pal Bill. This will be passed in due course. This was already under consideration and apart from anna team, others also were interested in this. This is a matter of legislation for which talk of any one winning or losing is meaningless.

Anna is disgusted with talkativeness, corruption and malpractices in his own team. One member Prashant Bhushan was beaten for his anti national statement on Kashmir. Kejriwal is being questioned by his own team members about use of funds in campaign. Thus there is corruption in anna team movement itself. Let anna first fight corruption in his own team. However, being disgusted, he is on silence mode.

'Maun wrath'. You have given funny spelling to 'Maun Vrata' which means 'resolve to silence' 'Wrath' is English word meaning 'anger'. So, 'maun wrath' means 'silence out of anger'. Possible, this may also be correct. I am amused. Thanks.
