I think that this game is never ending. It will be better to get list of members of Team A and Team B and declare the bigger team as winner.

If no team won in last three+ years how do you expect t to win any team in next five. Unless team B becomes more active and takes it to (0) faster.

Neither team A can take it to 1000 nor team B to 0. Is this thread not lockable.
