How to make "Community" an active place in boddunan.

hi everyone,
I think the least active section in boddunan is "Community Make friends".Recently there is some small changes in the layout and style of that section.But still it remains very inactive.
So what is your opinion about this?Lets discuss and put some suggestions to make this a more active place like forums.
