Mumbai: A 31-month-old girl has been allegedly raped by her teenage neighbour in Versova, Mumbai.
"The rapist is my neighbour. His name is Danish Sheik. My daughter is only two year and seven month old. I need justice for her," the girl's father said.
The incident reportedly took place on Monday and the accused who is college student has been absconding.
Police registered a complaint for attempt to rape only on Tuesday night after the medical reports confirmed the attempt of rape on the girl.
The girl will be taken to the hospital on Wednesday for further medical examination. :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :(

this is a example of showing a cruel mind of a man... i think this incident is not a first time to happen in india.. it is already happen in three years ago.. i think so.. i think severe punishment should give for such type of activities
The government should take necessary action for him. And government should strengthen rules for rapist cases. Now i think we are ashamed of this incident. Because the guy who done is indian....

no rashi . no such easy punishment . they must be given punishment like put him into jail for 30 years . and as the 30 years complete as it completes just at the next second hanged him.

Molesters and rapists are more harmful for the people of Mumbai.Government of Maharashtra and Mumbai police should eliminate the practice of child molestation rather than stopping non-marathis from entering Mumbai.
These kind of crimes should be punished immediately and punishment should be in such a way that other persons will not do the same mistake.But i don't this will happen soon in our country where it takes long time to get justice.
Such crimes are very heinous and nothing short of lashing in public or capital punishment is required. Law needs to be amended to incorporate such punishment. Incidentally, such things happen more in Delhi and Mumbai. apparently, some thing is wrong with cultural and mental leval of people there.
