I think the students are the best ones to grade their teachers since they spent a certain amount of time with their teachers and perhaps with their grading something about the teachers and their way of teaching will get reflected to the higher authorities....

I know a few who may have expertise in their respective fields but they can not get along with students which to my mind is a serious deficiency!

yes, the teacher also should be graded , so that the students get a good teacher to teach them
