No talent is not dependeed on any cities it only depend on you , how you thinks.

I quite didn't get the essence of the post.Talent is not cit specific as correctly mentioned above....and hardwork is required everywhere. I believe,your post needs a little elaboration.

Hard work is no doubt essential for one's progress. However, family, surroundings, culture, location etc. play their part. The metro city provides more facilities for education and jobs as compared to small places. You may well compare a small village in Arunachal Pradesh to Mumbai.

Its true that more UP people are getting accomodated themselves in Mumbai and ultimately, talent is getting over shadowed which is bad.

It is something which can't be traced to any geographical area or region! A person of talent is welcome in any part of the globe!

There are historical and geographical reasons for development of some cities. Not only a village in Arunachal Pradesh, we can not even compare places like Pune and sholapur to Mumbai. Every place cannot be equally developed. It is also not practicable. You need some more developed cities just as you need capital city. You cannot make every city capital of India. Similarly, every city can not be center of industry or education. It is more economic to develop certain places rather than even development of all places. Concentration of certain specialties in a few cities leads to better utilization of resources.

Sectarian or regional considerations are futile and make no sense.
