I don't think mass frenzy is created by  Saffron Brigade. It is the handiwork of those Khaddar Topi Politicians who wanted to stage a come back. After their defeat, these Khaddar Topi walas are desperately trying to rule the country and ruin the country.

The violence in court was obviously by the saffron brigade. Consequently, lower courts cannot perform even routine job of hearing bail application.  The guilty for attacking journalists as well even supreme court lawyers include even a BJP MLA in Delhi. The comments should be based on facts and not on sheer notion and partisan view.

Yes Rambabu, you have hit the nail on the head. great comment

In this context, I recall an opinion expressed by one of our learned members. His wise words are still ringing in my ears. He said, if some member refuses to accept the other member's opinion, leave it. We need a congenial atmosphere in these discussion forums.

This is a case of the pan calling the kettle black....Rambabu's is a view  typical of a fence sitter shifting his views as things go LOL....so I find it ludicrous that he is lecturing about losing temper , when he himself is insulting and rude to many members ..

Can you quote a single instance where I insulted and behaved rudely with another member ? This is a baseless allegation.

Since you have enough time on hand as told by you time and again , for a starter you could go through your various discussions without any bias ..

Since you alleged about my rude behaviour, it would be appropriate for you to quote about my rude behaviour. Anyhow, this kind of allegations and counter allegations will not lead us anywhere. As a gesture of goodwill and modesty, I withdraw. I don't have anything to add to this discussion.

I don't want to fan this discussion further but still I feel there is a need to point out that in this forum someone accuses some others as armchair specialists and so on. It only proves how as a forum member we do not respect each other. Every opinion cannot be according to our choice but that does not give someone the right to raise a question regarding the knowledge of others and their qualification. It will be better if we stick to our limit.

Everyone in the Forum discussions should honor other Members opinions. If it happens accidentally, the member;s rude behaviour should be brought in to the notice of the member who behaved rudely. Everyone is entitled to air their opinions. The important thing that should not happen is unending  angry exchanges

Normally, people always like their own country than any other countries. Being in India, it is our duty to love and respect the country. People who like India can never forgive those people who support Pakistan because Pakistan is the number one enemy of Indians. Judiciary ought to take necessary actions against those students who raised atni-nationals slogans like 'Pakistan Zindbad' in JNU.

A point that so called champions of 'truth' fail to realize that a nation is not built on tolerance. In Pakistan a young man has been sentenced to 10 years in jail for flying the Indian flag. ( he was a fan of Kohli).   Nation cannot be built on tolerance. This earlier caused the defeat of Hindus. All the culprits need to be arrested and sent to jail. I would advocate flogging like in Singapore.  I was in Singapore when an Indian was flogged on orders of court for a trivial offence.

You are right all culprits must be sent to jail, indeed hard punishment is only thing which can stop crimes. Criminal must be have fear of punishment, but I am not in favor of flogging because it is violence. It is Chopai of Ramayna, Sa Cope Boley Ram Parbhu, Bhya Bina Hoi No Preet.

There is no dispute about any one accused of some offence- small or big- getting arrested and punished according to law. But the issue becomes debatable when mad frenzy is created, law is taken in hand by mob including so called advocates and legal proceedings not allowed. This is what we witnessed in Delhi court when Kanhaiya of JNU was produced.

Latest up date of this issue is that two more student surrendered before Delhi police. It is report of investigation that Kanhiya and other five student did not raise anti India slogan, some others people done it but who are they it is not traced. Now it case of glorifying terroist Afzal Guru.

According to reports all students detained are guilty of sedation and the police have said that they enough evidence to prove it...

Here is a glimpse of what goes on in JNU ...no doubt most campuses have a certain amount of nefarious activity going on but this beats everything , calling Goddess Durga a sex worker !!!!...and we have idiots like Rahul Gandhi and his cronies who probably dont even know the head or tail of what is happening supporting the community simply because it suits him and he is around here !

Durga Puja, Mahisur puja- all are Hindu rituals. This is just a manifestation of contradictions among Hindus. Those celebrating Durga and Mahishaur both are Hindus.  If Durga Puja is okay, puja of another deity Mahihasur should also be okay. There are many deities and personalities worshiped by Hindus. Ironically,  There is also a bitch temple nearby Jhansi region (U.P.) that I mentioned in another thread. There is also a temple recently made for Dadua bandit in Mathura District.  So this is not an issue. As regards pornography, even MLA including those of ruling party have been found watching porn in state assembly itself.   These are bad but do not constitute sedition, which is being alleged so forcefully. any way, the accused have surrendered before police. So let us wait. It is also well known that most of the evidence supporting allegation of sedition is in shape of doctored videos. Ultimately truth will come to surface during judicial process. So let us wait.

We forget that Hinduism is not a monolith religion. The Dalits who were suppressed considerably through centuries cannot be expected to worship the gods which the upper castes worship. Today upper caste politicians are wanting their gods to be god of all Hindus and this will get resented. Sedition is a very serious charge and should be applied very carefully. Police can get anyone to say what they want, that is why their evidence is not accepted by the Courts.

From where did you get the idea that Mahishasura is a diety , he is a asura which means a demon and evil force, please get your facts right before jumping in to defend all the wrong doings by your favorite party leaders ..In fact Mahishasura Pooja was the brain child of some mischief mongers in JNU, there never is any pooja for Mahishasura !

Now we have upper caste gods and lower caste gods, upper caste asuras and lower caste asuras! India is overflowing with intellectuals and their brand of intellectualism.Who dares to call us laggards!! Truth is that we are being forced to dance like monkeys by asuras of all hues since Independence! Poor Mother Durga!!!
