I am making dosas with left over batter from yesterday ( not enough ), mixing some rava and also chopped onions,green chilies and lots of coriander leaves.It tastes good with coconut chutney...
Can you give me your coconut chutney recipe?

My wife says Pakoras are not for me so Parnthas and curd for me. I will not have milk but Coffee today.

The way of pronunciation, we Punjabi call it Parntha I have seen some people call it with different names but the item is same. We generally eat it stuffed with different vegetables.

Yes sure Sandhya...here it is :)
Just grind Coconut with 2 or 3 (or more if you like it hot and spicy) green chilies,roasted ground nuts ( a few ), tamarind ( little),coriander leaves, a pinch of sugar and salt.That's it , you can season it with hot oil,mustard crushed garlic, red chilies and curry leaves.

I use to add a little Chana daal....(I think so)...small daals seen in mixture..unfried

Well, in past I don't used to take breakfast.. Now I have a cup of milk without sugar.

I am punjabi and my father likes to take a PARATHA daily.
In our house, PARATHA is prepared daily, when my father is home.
