    That could be true up to some extent and they too might be feeling the same but they would never settle for staying behind and I agree with them. If they prefer to work, they should do whatever they like. I like them coming up at par with men.

    Now we should forget about man and woman as regards stress related diseases. Rather this is a matter of working and non working. There are also families with working man and non working woman.
