Dismissal for outsourcing judgments

Ghost writing is common in literary world. A judge also managed to get Ghost writing judgments. But the senior judicial officers and Supreme court have not appreciated this act of outsourcing judicial verdicts. The judge has been dismissed.

    The main thing is that he is a judge and people look after him to give his own decissions and judgements on matters rather than having it prepared by someone else and if he not doing it so then he is not fit for the position...

    Recently some allegations were heard against Supreme Court judges also.What a world is this?


    Everyone is likely to make mistake in duty. Some may even indulge in corruption. Mistakes can be excused. Corruption is to be punished.

    But even the corrupt is better than one who does nothing and hires outsiders to do his work. Here the judge was not working. He was also not corrupt. Only an efficient and hard working can be corrupt. This judge worked nothing and hired outsiders to write judgments. He would pay them for this work from his own salary. This is worst and it is okay to dismiss a judge who hires others to write judgments.
