This is really a good decision by supreme court so that poor can be benefited with this one.

poors think their land as mother. So they should not be deprived anyway.

Yes that's right, and another thing is that when it is necessary to acquire land for developmental purposes in the interest of the nation, the compensation given should be at par with the market price...In fact, in my town this has already been implemented in one case where farm land had to be taken for widening the road and the people were given house sites elsewhere and also a good amount of compensation for the land acquired..

Now poor to have take benefit by this Decision.Now they are free to do what they want..........No one suppose to take their land..........
