Above diet is not in practice in India, We like to eat healthy breakfast and grains are over steple food.
A healthy nutritious breakfast is very good and personally I feel that rice or rotis within limits is good when it is accompanied by dhal vegetables,fish/eggs/meat and curds. It is wholesome and balanced . As long as we are active and don't over eat we will remain healthy

At present most of young likes fast food and it is not healthy food. Fast foos is good only to change taste.
We eat healthy food like rice, fruits, green vegetables, and every day should be a daily walk.

Daily walk is good for health also consume some dairy products for good health
If you are looking for weight loss,try intermittent fasting(eating only 8 hours a day and 16 hours fasting.
