I may state here that I have not deliberately stopped drinking alcoholic drinks. This just happened even without my giving any thought to this. In fact, as mentioned by another member in the thread, beer is also beneficial. I agree that alcoholic drink especially beer benefits also.
If beer have benefits than government must be distribute at PDS, after all it is matter of public health, funny
although funny, this is real in army. When there is extreme cold or inclement weather, free rum is issued in army. There is nothing wrong if this is done in civil also in such circumstances.
What is funny in it? We cannot brand drinks entirely bad because even doctors do suggest that one can have it in total moderation during winter. If the general health of a person is fine but catches cold and cough very easily are usually suggested to take a very small amount of brandy. I have seen such people who braved winter with the help of a very little quantity of brandy.
For asthmatic patients and those with cold and cough , a glass of hot milk with a beaten egg, some nutmeg powder and a spoonful of brandy is the ideal breakfast...In fact wine taken in moderation is very good for heart ,,

Yes I can very well imagine who these forces are. They have a single mission on their hands without taking the interest of this country. I can clearly see what the hunger of power can do to people in this country.

The Muslim rule was terrible. As brought out historians during Muslim rule more than 80 million Hindus were killed. This out of a population of 250 million. Muslims including Mughals were fond of making pyramids of skulls of hindus killed. It's so sad and now they have started talking of Hindu terror and all that bullshit
MG all is right but these facts are not capable in attracting votes. Here Hindus are opposing Hindus. Politicians argue that peoples of upper caste exploit lower caste people so they deserve reservation, but Muslim kill Hindus, why they are silent about it. People who crying that we are minority, take lesson from Parsies, who are minor most community in India but never claim any type of reservation or privileges.
Yes I agree 100%. I have known so many Parsi as friends and colleages. All must take their example. They are the most progressive community in India.

Thank you. This is the spirit. Each must think freely and act accordance to his conscience. Also respect others whatever be religion or ideology. Unity in diversity is the essence of Indian nationalism.
The country which name is India is cluster of peoples of different culture, language, religion, traditions and rituals. If we can not respect others religion and ideology we should not disrespect. It is for peoples of all religion not only for Hindus.
That's the best attitude and I think most of the Indians believe in it that we should not disrespect other religions and that is why India is known to be a secular country. Fanatic cases do take place sometimes but it's basically numbered so for this we must not blame every Hindu. Everyone's thought process is not same so a few conflicts do take place which no sensible Hindu support it.
