Inn this hot weather every one should drink a lot of water, not normal water but salt water as a remedy of dehydration.

The increasing number of life threatening diseases is mainly attributed to sedentary lifestyle and unhealthy food habits among the young working class of people. Employees work in the organisation with the aid of computer for long hours without any breaks, these kind of working pattern will ultimately affect their health in the short or long term, hence, we should practice aerobic exercises regularly and follow a balanced and nutrient-rich diet to alleviate the ill effects of working culture.

Cast have not any link with eating habit. Most of citizen of J&K are non vegetarians, what ever may be their cast and religion.
May be. But in my state AP, certain communities like Brahmins and Vysyas are very strict about their eating habits. If a Brahmin eats meat, chicken or even egg, he will be alienated. He will be treated as an out caste.. No body in the community will mix and mingle with them. They will not be invited to any social and religious functions.

While it is easy to overlook the headway made by BJP under Modi, one should also keep in mind what was inherited . A scam filled economy, a combined opposition simply opposing everything for the sake of doing so. The intention was to slow down the nation's growth because they had been denied more opportunity to scam..But with all that the manner in which Modi has turned many negatives into positives is commendable. As far as criticism is concerned it is water that flows down..not to be taken seriously!

I always viewed that It is Modi supporters who would ultimately get disillusioned. Many of his supporters expected tom to follow a hawkish line on Kashmir, Indo Pak relation, uniform civil code and what not. Many things were said in election meetings only to hoodwink people but the ruling party leadership has admitted that these were just Jumalas or empty rhetoric. No need to say that the real danger to the ruling alliance comes not from opposition but the mindless supporters/ Bhaktas.

India's entry into MTCR will enable India to buy sophisticated high end Missile Technology. This made Pakistan shiver with fear. It fears any moment India may strike it with Predator Drones. It must be recalled here, with the same Predator Drones, Taliban leader in Afghanistan was eliminated. China too will try its best to stop the entry of India in to MTCR group. But, its going to be an exercise in futility. Because Obama welcomed India's entry in to MTCR group.

Pakistan has already been showing its displeasure at this and China is bound to block just to show its solidarity with Pakistan. But with all that this has been a step forward for India and the momentum should be carried forward without becoming complacent

While no one has questioned either nature, Ayurveda or Allopathy, I don't see why members are going round in circles discussing a non issue . Here the only question is about the validity of drinking water while standing being bad for health which is unproven till now !

I agree with you. Our culture our traditions are our invaluable assets.
If you have faith on Ayurveda or yoga or any such Ancient therapeutic practices, go ahead. No need to look for others approval.
What is Ayurveda? It is nature and we all is part of nature. How some one can we don't believe in Ayurveda.
Ayurveda is the natural way to treat a disease, while allopathy treats disease by using some chemicals. In some cases allopathy is unable to remove disease completely, but Ayurveda works on the root cause of disease. In case of Allopathy the relief is quick, but in case of Ayurveda it works slowly with some precautions and some eating and lifestyle limitations. That's why some people prefer allopathy than Ayurveda.
It is the faith that counts.People who believe in the efficacy of Ayurveda and use the Ayurvedic products without experiencing adverse results, I don't see any reason why someone stop using Ayurvedic products.
In this connection let me tell you one example. For curing Asthma, a small fish is being swallowed. This is called 'Fish Prasadam'. This Fish h Prasadam is distributed free of cost by one Battini Brothers every year in Hyderabad. Year by year people who come from different parts of the country to take this Fish Prasadam is increasing. Why ? Because, their Asthma is being cured. Finally i say , if one is satisfied with Ayurveda products, let them go ahead.
Here is a link for Fish Prasadam for curing Asthma.
