    I have many a times visited different government offices. I have seen very few peoples are heart and soul working very hard. Others are gossiping, playing cards and smoking. They have nothing to do rather than to see others and feel jealous. They start conspiracy and insult their collegues, who are efficient and deserve promotions.

    The essence is that one should strive at excellence and be above average. an average or a little above average is okay in his job but not suitable for promotion.

    Promotion depends on the qualification and employers efficiency in work.But if employers will become boss then what will happen to the boss of the company.
