Some people build wrong routine habits and their schedule is such which may be harmful for them and also may affect their health. Some people are such that once a habit is built in them then its hard to remove the habit from them unless proper guidance is given or planning is done to remove the habit. If good habits are develop its beneficial but if bad habits like staying awake during night and getting sleep during day time.
Such bad habits are not developed on own its take time to develop. Some of the things that may develop such habit of staying awake during night way be due to previous working experience for months or years in night shift in call center, staying awake whole night to study as their is less voice during night or much better concentration can be built during night. Such things when are done for a long period a person gets habituated and he works according to the same schedule.
When a person stays awake during night his health may get affected as it is must for a human being to get good amount of sleep during night time. Getting sleep during day time is not important or necessary as compared to getting sleep during night. There has been many cases of people whose health have got affected due to staying awake during night and not getting sleep.
People who get affected with such kind of habit will get no sleep or very less sleep during night which affects them during the day time. They may feel sleepy or not well during the day time. They may be not able to work or attend classes or study at home during day time. They may feel to change their habit but it may become hard for them to change it.
